During Melbourne Lockdown reports came through of During Melbourne Lockdown reports came through of increased suicides and acts of self-harm across Victoria but sharing those reports often brought attacks from people saying “Show us the proof” and screaming “NO THEY’RE NOT—YOU DON’T KNOW WHAT YOU’RE TALKING ABOUT!!” But this was never about being right so much as acknowledging what was always going to be an obvious outcome of fragile personalities being locked in their homes for months on end and having their natural rights to live free, work free and be free hindered and attacked by government and police. Not to mention neighbours turning upon neighbours. But we can turn this all around. We can start caring more for each other rather than judging, attacking and forcing masks, lockdowns and injections upon each other. We can reclaim our humanity. Today. #thegreatawakening

Totally agree with her idea that for many people finding the truth about food and getting real with how what they choose to eat impacts every aspect of their lives is often the first step to being open to exploring more truths, especially about things they have never questioned before. Truth is what we put into our bodies comes out, in empowering or disempowering ways, depending on what food or drink we put in, how we prepare it and, ultimately, our attitude to it. We had such an empowering conversation this morning after I got stitched up, in a nice way, at the Byron hospital this morning. After I posted the photo of a flyer I picked up at After I posted the photo of a flyer I picked up at Brisbane Millions March event and shared how using the info on it helped my family NOT check-in and enjoy lunch recently heaps of people reached out wanting a copy. Not having access to a digital copy of the original I made this new one. Then, just as I finished it @reignitedemocracyaustralia posted a link to where you can download the original flyer from Google Docs. Cool. So now you have two options. This image is good because you can turn any request for you to scan a QR code right back on the person wanting you to check in by asking THEM to scan your QR code first! This QR code takes anyone who scans it to a website clearly explaining the law in Australia (which is also copied below). Basically it is an OFFENCE to discriminate against someone who chooses not to check in with their mobile device; an offence punishable by up to 5 years in jail and 300 'penalty units'. No one can force you to check in with your phone. No. One. The other flyer (which I’ve also attached to the latest Friends of Truth blog post) is excellent because it has much more information and goes into more depth, should you need more back up material. It must be said that there are so many people finding, sharing and promoting this valuable information simply because they value freedom and choice. My wife pulled it out that afternoon when we were asked to scan a QR code in order to eat at a Japanese restaurant in town. Suffice to say we didn’t scan and we did sit down for lunch.
